- Make your selections by browsing the art galleries and/or boxed note cards.
- Fill in the form below. Under "items" list the quantities and titles of each card you
wish to order. - Upon receipt of your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you along with
an invoice for the amount due. There is a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for each
order. - Please make checks or money orders payable to Design Moods and send to 8
Summer Street, Suite 404, Arlington, MA 02474. - You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Please allow at least 2
weeks for delivery. - You may also order by telephone by calling 781-643-2277 from 8-6 EST.
